WHY THIS EARLY INTERVENTION MODEL WORKS

Behind the scenes: CPCLINK logs every request for help in a secure location on our server. As the young woman asks for help by completing our short form, her target agency is contacted within about 30 seconds. On their desktop they get an urgent message "You have a new referral request from CPCLINK.COM" As they are responding by logging into our secure Mail Center to retrive her non-published message, the young woman is reading the information she has requested, she receives an email from the Pregnancy Center volunteer responding with detailed answer to her requests with a personal touch. Because the Pregnancy Center is typically in the very city where she is, she is encouraged to call and make an appointment with the Pregnancy Center. By answering her intitial questions, we find that a bridge of trust is established. This means shes more likely to follow through with the visit to the Pregnancy Center.

FOLLOW UP COUNTS!, a message is sent to the young women asking for help, usually 2 weeks after their initial contact, to ask if they are satisfied with the help she found here.This feedback helps us improve the services we provide.

Women are provided a series of links, telephone hotlines, and access to helpful information on 30 main topies when she makes contact with us. All of this during the moment of time that the member center is getting their email or text message notification of the incoming request for help. This means, we can intervene in her decision making at the very moment she is asking for help.
